Construction

Forevermark Cabinetry is constructed from several pieces of solid wood and wood veneers on plywood. Differences in grain pattern and color should be expected. Color differences in wood are the result of variations in minerals found in the soil native to the tree’s origin. Absorption of these minerals will vary by tree or parts of said tree. In addition, color changes can be experienced due to different exposure to light. All species of wood will display chrematistics such as knots, pinholes, sap runs, mineral streaks, and darkening will age. It is the natural beauty of wood to exhibit these characteristics and they will be present throughout your cabinetry.

Warranty

This warranty does not cover products that have been misused, mishandled, abused, improperly stored or installed, modified or subject to excesses of moisture or extreme temperatures, accidents, negligence, on-site alterations, improper storage, defective installation, or normal wear and tear. The product must be used exclusively for its intended purpose in order to be covered by this warranty. This warranty shall become void if the cabinets are in any way modified, improperly installed or damaged prior to or during installation, or installed or utilized in other than normal residential applications.

This warranty does not include or cover the cost of installation, removal, subsequent damage or transportation of the defective product, regardless of whether work was performed by a contractor, service company, or homeowner. This warranty does not apply to any products used in conjunction with the cabinetry, such as countertops, appliances, or plumbing fixtures. The obligation of Forevermark Cabinetry under this warranty shall be limited to the repair or exchange of any part or parts that Forevermark Cabinetry deems proven defective under normal use and service within the warranty period.

Warranty claims cannot be made directly to Forevermark Cabinetry or TSG, llc by the consumer purchaser. The consumer must contact the dealer or distributor from whom the products were purchased and report the nature of the defect. To submit a warranty claim, the original consumer purchaser must contact the Forevermark Cabinetry dealer or TSG, llc distributor where the product was purchased. The independent dealer or distributor will obtain the information necessary to make a claim decision and forward such information in writing to Forevermark Cabinetry/TSG, llc for action on the claim.

TSG, llc warrants its Forevermark Cabinetry to be free of manufacturer defects for five (5) years from the date of purchase for most lines (all cabinets with painted finishes are limited to two (2) year warranty), or as long as the original purchasing consumer owns the home, whichever is less, against avoidable and unnatural defects in material and workmanship under normal use. This limited warranty applies to domestic use only, is non-transferable, and proof of purchase is required.

Shipping

The shipping cost will depend on the weight of your order and location to where it is being shipped. Once you are in the shopping cart your order will automatically be calculated for you prior to checking out. We offer FREE shipping for any order over $3000.

Usually, an order placed will ship from the warehouse within 5-7 business days for cabinets stocked in Georgia (K-Cherry Glaze, K-Cinnamon Glaze, K-Espresso Glaze, Pepper Shaker, Ice White Shaker, Greystone Shaker, Signature Brownstone, Signature Pearl, Gramercy White, and Uptown White) and 10-12 days for all other cabinets cabinets not stocked in Georgia. Then it will be in transit for another 3-5 business days. In the event of out-of-stock items, we will inform you of our estimated restocking date. You may also consider a reasonable design alternative. We will try our best to fulfill your order.

Once your order is shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link to the carrier’s website where you can track your shipment at any given time and get an updated delivery date and time. Remember that sometimes it takes the carrier’s system up to 24 hours to update, so if you just received your tracking number it may not be available for tracking immediately.

We ship all of our cabinets by freight. They are packed individually on a pallet and delivered via CURB SIDE DELIVERY Only. Smaller packages are sent via Fedex or Ups.

Cabinets are packaged unassembled in a box.

Delivery

We ship to the continental USA.  We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii or PO Box addresses.

Wholesale Expo will assemble your cabinets free of charge ONLY for cabinets that are to be delivered within a 100-mile radius of the warehouse.  These cabinets will be assembled at our warehouse and delivered by one of our trusty delivery guys (not by freight, UPS or FedEX).  Please specify during check out if you would like your cabinets assembled by our staff.

Missing / Damaged Items

We make every effort to ensure your order is shipped in full. You will be notified if there are any back ordered pieces prior to shipping your order. However, there are instances that the delivery company leaves an item in the warehouse. It is your responsibility to check your items against the delivery slip you receive from the driver. This ensures that you have received all the items that are indicated on the proof of delivery. Should you have any missing items please indicate this on the slip. We cannot file any claims with the delivery company without this. We will not honor any missing items claims if it was not indicated on the delivery slip at the time of delivery. To report your missing item to us, please call Wholesale Expo at 404.965.2993. Email an image of the delivery slip signed by delivery driver indication which items are missing.  All missing items claims must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Should you identify any damages when the delivery arrives, please make a note of it on the proof of delivery slip and have the driver sign off on the form. We cannot file any claims with the trucking company if we do not have this proof that they were delivered damaged. To report damaged items, please call Wholesale Expo at 404.695.2993 to alert us to the issue. Take pictures of the damages and email the image along with the delivery slip to support@wholesalexpo.com. Once this documentation is received, we will begin the process of replacing the item immediately. All claims must be received within 7 days of delivery.

Returns / Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. There will be a 25% restocking fee.

All items purchased and unassembled can be returned within 14 days. However, you must obtain a return authorization prior to shipping the products back. There is a 25% restocking fee.

Cabinet Care / Maintenance

Gently wipe the cabinet surface with a mild soap and water. Dry them immediately with a lint free cloth. You can also use a wax free emulsion type cleaner like Murphy’s Oil Soap. Do not use solvents, abrasive cleaners and scouring pads as they will damage the surface of the cabinets.
